Good news! The Cambodia Survey was published yesterday November 2, 2011. We would like to thank all of our participants for joining the salary surveys and contributing to the utility of the surveys for all.

13 organizations in Cambodia participated in the survey, reporting data for 617 incumbents. The survey participants include:

Asia Foundation Catholic Relief Services
Conservation International EveryChild
Heifer International International Justice Mission
Oxfam America Oxfam GB
Plan International Room to Read
SNV World Vision International
World Wildlife Fund

Each country survey includes a two-part report, with market data for base pay, fixed allowances, short-term incentives and in-kind benefits (such as meals, transportation and recreation). The survey report also includes prevalence information for benefits such as retirement and medical plans; insurance programs; family benefits; and leave benefits. A summary of the local Social Security and Labor Law, Income Tax and Exchange Rate history is also featured.

      Hi Stephen,

Unfortunately we only have salary information available for International NGO’s in Cambodia. But if you are interested, we also have salary information available in our Multi-sector survey which comprises 19 employers including the top Telecommunication companies in the country.

Hello, I will be moving to Cambodia this summer to work for an NGO (on a local wage) and would like to better understand the pay scale dynamics I’ve heard so much about. Could you please email information on how to get a copy of the report. Thank you!
