Reading: China Survey Published!
Good news! The China Survey was published last June 19, 2012. We would like to thank all of our participants for joining the salary surveys and contributing to the utility of the surveys for all.
18 organizations in China participated in the survey, reporting data for 1,105 incumbents. The survey participants include:
ActionAid | Asia Foundation |
Compassion for Migrant Children | Ford Foundation |
Fred Hollows Foundation | Greenpeace |
Heifer International | ICRC Regional Delegation for East Asia |
Institute for Sustainable Communities | International Union for Conservation of Nature |
Orbis International | Oxfam HK |
Partnerships for Community Development | Plan International |
Research Triangle Institute | Save the Children |
World Vision | World Wildlife Fund |
Each country survey includes a two-part report, with market data for base pay, fixed allowances, short-term incentives and in-kind benefits (such as meals, transportation and recreation). The survey report also includes prevalence information for benefits such as retirement and medical plans; insurance programs; family benefits; and leave benefits. A summary of the local Social Security and Labor Law, Income Tax and Exchange Rate history is also featured.
