Good news! The Egypt Survey was published last January 12, 2012. We would like to thank all of our participants for joining the salary surveys and contributing to the utility of the surveys for all.
11 organizations in Egypt participated in the survey, reporting data for 292 incumbents. The survey participants include:
CARE International | Catholic Relief Services |
Ford Foundation | Habitat For Humanity |
International Committee of the Red Cross | MSF |
Plan International | RTI International |
Save the Children UK | Save the Children US |
WorldFish Center |
Each country survey includes a two-part report, with market data for base pay, fixed allowances, short-term incentives and in-kind benefits (such as meals, transportation and recreation). The survey report also includes prevalence information for benefits such as retirement and medical plans; insurance programs; family benefits; and leave benefits. A summary of the local Social Security and Labor Law, Income Tax and Exchange Rate history is also featured.
